Five Food Blogs to Guest Post For this Year

For those of you who don't know, I love food. I am working on my master's in nutrition right now and I love food. Part of my mission is to establish myself as an expert in food and nutrition. The best way to do that is to guest post on ads many blogs as possible (in addition to other things of course!).

Since I've been doing my research, I wanted to share with you what I found, in case you are a food writer and looking for new guest post outlets.

Menuism
Menuism is a food education blog that focuses on cultures, restaurants, and other useful information for foodies. I've been following the blog for years, and I love the way they incorporate story into the blogs (something I don't do toooo often because I am all about pertinent information).

How to Pitch: Provide a an email to [email protected] with a title and a short bit describing what you plan to write about. No attachments and they accept multiple pitches. Also, include a short bio.

Disney Food Blog
Having been to Disneyland a few times and wishing that they would provide HEALTHIER OPTIONS for everybody, especially kids (I'm sorry, but why are American children being offered grilled cheese, mac'n'cheese, buttered noodles, or chicken nuggets at every eatery?), I am writing a few pitches for this blog because I like the format.

They have a pretty extensive set of rules, so instead of rewriting them, just go to the website to read up on them.

My Pregnancy Baby
Looking to pitch moms-to-be? This is the place. The website is easy to navigate and you could write killer posts about food. I am crafting one about nutrition and babies.
